Are you passionate about empowering the next generation of innovators? We are looking for dedicated and visionary leaders to join our Board of Directors and help us further our mission of inspiring young minds in the fields of Robotics, Electronics, and Artificial Intelligence.
Position Overview
As a member of the Board of Directors, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of IGNITE Pathways. Your leadership and expertise will help us expand our programs and reach more young minds.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Provide guidance and support in developing and implementing the organization’s strategic plan.

Fundraising and Resource Development: Assist in securing financial resources and expanding our donor base through personal networks and fundraising efforts.

Governance and Oversight: Ensure the organization operates with integrity and transparency, adhering to best practices in non-profit governance.

Advocacy and Outreach: Represent IGNITE Pathways in the community, promoting our mission and programs.

Time Commitment

Quarterly Meetings: Attend four board meetings per year, either in person or virtually.

Committee Participation: Actively participate in at least one committee, contributing additional time as needed.

Event Engagement: Support and attend key events and fundraisers throughout the year.

Overall Commitment: Approximately 2-5 hours per month, including meetings, events, and other board activities.
Financial Commitment
Annual Donation: Board members are expected to make a yearly donation pledge to demonstrate their commitment to the organization’s mission.
