We are thrilled to announce 2024's PVSA recipients! IGNITE Pathways recognized six outstanding students with the prestigious President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) for their exceptional dedication to community service! Four students earned the Gold Award, and two students received the Bronze Award, highlighting their remarkable contributions and commitment to making a difference in their communities.
The PVSA honors individuals whose service positively impacts communities and inspires those around them to take action. These students have demonstrated incredible leadership, compassion, and a strong sense of civic responsibility through their volunteer work.

Gold Award Recipients
Arjun M has distinguished himself through his dedication to education and mentorship. He played a pivotal role in leading a Python Summer Camp, where he not only prepared but also delivered engaging sessions. Beyond the camp, Arjun authored several blogs to spark interest in Python and STEM, while also actively participating in outreach events to bring robotics to the community. His work as a tutor is particularly noteworthy for its depth, as he created customized educational materials and presentations, ensuring his students received a rich and supportive learning experience. Ronav G made a meaningful impact through his diverse volunteer efforts, focusing on promoting STEM education and community engagement. His work included leading the CAD Summer Camp, writing insightful blogs that inspired interest in STEM and robotics, and actively participating in multiple science and innovation outreach events. Ronav's dedication to mentoring others and creating enriching learning experiences has left a lasting, positive effect on the community, fostering a deeper appreciation for STEM among students and families alike.
Sahej B's volunteer work showcases her leadership and passion for mental health advocacy and community service. She played a key role in planning events, delivered impactful speeches at school rallies, and created educational content to raise awareness about mental health. Sahej also participated in hands-on activities at fairs, health camps, and clinics, providing essential support to the community. Additionally, she mentored teens, helping them navigate challenges, and organized meaningful events like webinars and donation drives. Sahej's commitment to service has profoundly impacted those she supported and educated.
Suhani G has made an extraordinary impact through her extensive volunteer work, earning the PVSA Gold for the second year in a row. She has dedicated herself to a wide array of activities that span community service, education, and advocacy. Suhani actively participated in multiple live events and outreach programs across California and beyond, where she engaged with diverse communities and supported important causes. She also played a crucial role in veteran support initiatives, managed educational projects, and organized debate competitions for younger students. Her commitment to service is further highlighted by her contributions to senior services, community drives, and charity events, all of which reflect her deep dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Bronze Award Recipients
Arnav J's volunteer work highlights his passion for STEM education and community outreach.
