As a rookie team last year (2023), TEAM X understands the challenges and excitement that come with starting a new FTC Robotics team. Armed with fresh experiences and learnings, we are thrilled to support and mentor new teams like Team Rapid Fire.

Our mentorship goes beyond simply fulfilling IGNITE Pathways' mission of spreading awareness and igniting interest in STEM and Robotics. We are dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support to help Team Rapid Fire navigate the complexities of FTC Robotics.

Drawing from our own experiences, we are helping Team Rapid Fire with fundamental aspects of team management, such as team organization, budgeting, and fundraising. We are also sharing our insights on robot design, programming, and strategy, ensuring that Team Rapid Fire has a strong foundation to build upon.

One of the key areas we are focusing on is leveraging resources efficiently. We are helping Team Rapid Fire make the most of the resources available to them, whether it's materials, mentors, or community support.

Communication is another vital aspect of success in FTC Robotics. We are working closely with Team Rapid Fire to improve their communication skills, both within the team and with other teams and mentors. This includes practicing effective meeting etiquette and learning how to clearly convey ideas and strategies.

At TEAM X, we believe that the FIRST core values of Gracious Professionalism and Coopertition are the foundation of a successful FTC Robotics team. We are committed to helping Team Rapid Fire embody these values as they embark on their robotics journey.
